Package shipping
We normally ship packages within 48 hours of receipt of payment using UPS, with a tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping by UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Before requesting this option, please contact us. We will provide a link to track your order online, regardless of the shipping option you choose.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and shipping costs. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. To save on shipping costs, we recommend that you group all your items in the same order. Please note that we cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply to each individual order.
