The CNC Vertical Drillmaster occupies the least space, it’s a record to have a cnc drill center in just 2.5 m2 of your workshop.
The piece to be machined always supports on one of the edges, all its weight resides in that part, the special plastic table, only makes guide in the movement, thus avoiding scratches in its surface finish, so that the view of the cabinet does not suffer friction.

Thanks to the gravity force, the workpiece is always in contact with the bearing base, the zero point of all measurements, no adjustable presser needs, avoiding time losses in adjusting the machine for each piece, as in the horizontal systems.
All the dust generated by the perforations falls by gravity and goes directly to the suction socket on the base of the machine.

Software

The software Gcad + Gplus Lepton, with certainty, one of the most intuitive on the market, provides ease of use, quickly and flexibly. From the comfort of the office, without occupying machine time in programming, the information is copied to a pendrive, and it is carried to machine, by selecting by menu or by means of the reading of the barcode the program is loaded.

After filling the boxes with the information of the measurements for the specific macro, it generates the design of the piece, immediately, as simple as that!

Drillmaster Drill Head

With 360o turn, which rotates (every 90th) and is oriented according to where the hole is programmed by hole diameter and side of the piece, drill in the 4 edges of the piece, saw for the groove.

Package Shipping

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment via UPS with unsigned tracking and delivery number. If you prefer to send Extra-Certified UPS, an additional charge will be applied. Please contact us before applying for this option. Whatever the shipping form you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can follow your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each individual. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragle items.
