FV1 JULCE cnc Vertical Drill

The FV1 JULCE CNC vertical drill is an incredible machine that will only occupy 1.8m2 of your workshop.

Thanks to the force of gravity, the piece is always supported on its base, thus avoiding the risk of it being misplaced when machining it.

Its exclusive “quick fit” pneumatic pressure part clamping system always ensures its position against the zero stop. The placement of parts, in turn, is guided thanks to Vertimaq’s exclusive intelligent location assistance system, where a series of LEDs indicate the length of the part to be machined, both in field A and in Field B of work, thus allowing the easy location of the clamping stops before loading the piece.

Work table

The FV1 JULCE model has a useful 900 x 2440 mm work table, with a martyr top that can be replaced as wear requires it.
It also has an auxiliary table for the edge drilling process, allowing the machine to be used for different applications either simultaneously or in stages, thus allowing the production process to be adapted to the needs of each one.

Double piece or “pendulum” working system

The work table is equipped with a left stop and a right stop, thus being able to divide the table into field A and field B, allowing two pieces to be worked simultaneously, such as right side and left side, the program manages the work, and can be loaded and unloading parts as the head moves to the opposite field, optimizing the production process, giving it agility and speed.

Software

GCodeDesigner software, certainly one of the most intuitive on the market, provides ease of use, speed and flexibility. With the possibility of doing so from the comfort of the office, without taking up machine time in programming, it is sent via a WiFi signal (1), copying the information into the memory of the machine itself or on a flash drive, and it is carried out machine, by means of menu selection or by reading the barcode, the program is loaded.
