FV1 JULCE

Vertical CNC Drill FV1 JULCE It is an amazing machine that will only occupying 1,8m2 of your workshop.

Thanks to the force of gravity, the part is always supported on its base, not running risks so it can be poorly located at the moment of machining.
Its exclusive “quick fit” pneumatic pressure-clamping system always ensures its position against the zero stop. The placement of pieces, in turn, is guided by the exclusive location assistance system of Vertimaq, where by means of a series of LEDs indicate the length of the piece to be machined, both in field A and in the B field of work, thus allowing the easy location of the fastening stops before shitting the piece.

Work table

The model JULCE FV1 has a work table of 900 x 2440 mm useful, with a martyr board that can be replaced half that wear requires.
It also has an auxiliary table for the process of edge boreing, allowing to use the machine for different applications either simultaneously or by stages, allowing to adapt the productive process to the needs of each.

Double-piece work system or “pendulum”

The work table is equipped with left stop and right stop, and can divide the table into field A and field B, allowing to work two pieces simultaneously, as left side and right side, the program manages the work, and it can be loaded and unloading pieces as the head moves to the opposite field, optimizing the productive process, giving it agility and speed.

Software

The GCodeDesigner software, with certainty, one of the most intuitive on the market, provides ease of use, quickly and flexibly. With the possibility of doing it in addition from the comfort of the office, without occupying machine time in programming, it is sent via WiFi signal (1) by copying the information in the memory of the machine itself or in a pendrive, and is machine-based, by selecting by menu or by reading the barcode the program is loaded.
