Leptonpack is an integral software made up of the Focus3D and Armarius3D system, for the design, quotation and manufacture of kitchen furniture, cabinets and all kinds of furniture made with tables.
It is a system developed with the latest software technologies, which covers the entire design process, material calculation, optimization, manufacturing, CNC machining and budgeting of furniture made with boards. Fully parametric and user configurable in every way.
The catalog of standard modules can be modified by the user according to the modulation with which he works. It is a parametric software. It does not require hiring an expensive customization service to start using it, which gives the user complete independence to create new modules and work to measure.
The Leptonpack system comes loaded with a standard construction system, which can be taken as a base to be modified and adapted to the size of the user or to create new construction systems according to each need. The construction system, which is easy to configure, allows the user to know exactly the consumption of raw material and labor, the cut with information on the size of the piece (with and without edgebanding), the position and the type of layers superiors, the colors used, cutting planes, perforations, slots and castings according to the configured machining, the type of assembly between each part and more. In turn, you can make use of manual modifications to solve all kinds of complex designs out of the ordinary.
The Leptonpack Factory user has access to the database to be able to add, modify or delete any item from it. The software is provided with a database containing a large number of items from different raw material providers, be it boards, hardware, accessories, etc.
Leptonpack Factory allows you to get detailed reports for furniture manufacturing, including cutting plan. This tool uses the same technology as the Lepton Optimizer system, the program chosen by the Placacentros of Masisa, Cendosud, Sodimac, Maestro, among other large companies in Latin America, to optimize the cuts of their customers. The optimization algorithm used has more than 20 years of development and is the most efficient on the market.
To invest only what is necessary, there is a version for each stage:
Factory with manual machinery (1):
Use Leptonpack factory for cutting and machining, manufacturing report printing.
Selling point (2):
They use the Leptonpack store to make designs and quotes for customers. A Leptonpack Factory license is required to use this version.
On-site measurement (3):
They use Leptonpack Obra to carry out the measurement on site. A Leptonpack Factory license is required to use this version.
Factory with automatic machinery (4):
CNC modules can be added for machining and can be linked with the Lepton Optimizer to link cuts with horizontal disconnectors. We are compatible with brands from different vendors such as Homag, Holzma, Robland, Vitap, SCM, Giben. Biesse, Felder, Vertimaq, etc. In production, the cutting and machining process is linked by barcoded labels generated by our systems. This allows speeding up the part machining process.
Lepton optimizer (5):
All our systems are linked together. The integration with automatic machinery is 100% transparent to the user and is easy and fast to implement. This is possible since we have many factories working with our systems linked to different machines.
The Leptonpack system allows you to generate high quality images to present the different projects to your clients. However, if you need a photorealistic quality, the same as that offered by the best architecture studios, you can buy an additional module for Leptonpack, called Lepton Ray. Lepton Ray is a state-of-the-art Raytracer rendering engine that can render ULTRA HD images and videos with photorealistic quality.

Leptonpack:
It is the complete version of the system, which allows designing, cutting and quoting, as well as being able to load modules, models and configuration of construction systems.
It is a limited version, aimed at points of sale or store customers, so that they can use it as a sales tool for their projects. The store version user cannot modify the databases, nor exploit. You can only generate budgets and send the projects to the supplier’s store to budget their consumption and deliver the required raw material. In the case of wanting to buy store versions, there must always be a factory to feed the information store such as a database, standard modules, etc..
Version intended for meters. This version allows you to draw only the configuration where the layout will be done and then pass the file to whoever is in charge of doing the layout.
It is a complementary module through which the data of the different parts are exported to the CNC.
