LeptonPack is a comprehensive software composed of the Focus3D and Armarius3D system, for the design, quotation and manufacture of kitchen furniture, cabinets and all kinds of furniture made with tables.
Leptonpack is a system developed with the latest software technologies, which covers the whole process of design, material calculation, optimization, manufacturing, CNC machining and budgeting of furniture made with boards. Fully parametric and user-configurable in every way.
The standard module catalogue can be modified by the user according to the modulation with which it works. It’s a parametric software. It doesn’t require hiring an expensive customization service to start using it, which gives the user total independence to create new modules and work to measure.
The Leptonpack system is loaded with a standard construction system, which can be taken as a basis for modification and adapted to the size of the user or to create new construction systems according to every need. The constructive system, which is easy to configure, allows the user to know exactly the consumption of raw material and labor, the cutting with the information of the sizes of the piece (with and without tapacantos), the position and the type of upper layers, the colours used, the cutting planes, the perforations, slots and castings according to the mechanized setting, the type of assembly between each piece and more. In turn, you can make use of manual modifications to solve all kinds of unusual designs.
The user of Leptonpack Factory has access to the database to be able to add, modify or delete any item thereof. The software is provided with a database containing a large number of items from different raw materials suppliers, whether they are plates, hardware, accessories, etc.
Leptonpack Factory allows you to obtain detailed reports for the manufacture of furniture, including the cutting plane. This tool uses the same technology as the Lepton Optimizer system, the program chosen by Masisa’s Placacentros, Cendosud, Sodimac, Maestro, among other large companies in Latin America, to optimize the clippings of its customers. The optimization algorithm used has more than 20 years of development and is the most efficient in the market.
To invest only what is needed, there is one version for each stage:
Factory with manual machinery (1): uses the Leptonpack factory for cutting and machining, printing manufacturing reports.
Point of sale (2): use the Leptonpack store to make designs and budgets for customers. A Leptonpack Factory license is required to use this version.
Measurement on site (3): use Leptonpack Work to perform measurement on site. A Leptonpack Factory license is required to use this version.
Automatic machinery (4): CNC modules can be added for machining and can be linked to the Lepton Optimizer to link the cuts to the horizontal disconnectors. We are compatible with brands from different vendors such as Homag, Holzma, Robland, Vitap, SCM, Giben. Biesse, Felder, Vertimaq, etc. In production, the cutting and machining process is linked by barcode labels generated by our systems to speed up the machining process.
Lepton Optimizer (5)
All our systems are joined together. Integration with automatic machinery is 100% transparent to the user and is easy and quick to implement, as we have many factories working with our systems linked to different machines.
The Leptonpack system allows you to generate high quality images to present the different projects to your customers. However, if you need a photo-realistic quality, the same as the best architecture studios, you can buy an additional module for Leptonpack, called Lepton Ray.
Lepton Ray is a state-of-the-art Raytracer rendering engine that can generate images and videos on ULTRA HD with photorealistic quality.
See the power of the Lepton Ray rendering engine in the gallery images and also on the following videos
You can incorporate 3d objects from this gallery online completely free of charge.
It is the complete version of the system, which allows designing, cutting and quoting, as well as being able to carry out the loading of modules, models and configuration of constructive systems.
It’s a limited, point-of-sale or store-oriented version so you can use it as a sales tool for your projects. The user in the shop version cannot modify the databases or exploit. You can only generate budgets and send the projects to the vendor’s store to budget your consumption and deliver the required raw material. If you want to buy shop versions, there should always be a factory to feed the information store as a database, standard modules, etc.
Version for meters. This version allows you to draw only the configuration where the layout will be made and then pass the file to the one in charge of making the design.
It is a complementary module through which the data of the different parts are exported to the CNC.
