The Verti-k CNC vertical drill was born as a complement for the manufacture of furniture using the Nesting system, since the cutting of pieces in this mode does not allow drilling on the edges simultaneously, since a piece is cut next to each other. the next, and there is no physical space for the entry of the drill on the edge side.

The drilling process on the edges implies a second stage, which, even if there is a horizontal drill head in the head of the work center, would take productive time from the center itself, implying the preparation of the table (remove hammer, and place suction cups ) and stop the cutting and drilling process on an important machine in the manufacturing cycle.

With the Verti-k model, we can cover the edge drilling process faster, more economically and without taking up space from the production process since it only occupies 1m2.

Not only does it allow us to drill holes in the edges, but it is also possible to insert dowels automatically, with the application of glue, in its most complete version.

It has a double, folding table, therefore in a single program we can drill holes in two pieces at a time, either in a mirrored or asymmetrical way.

Software

Vertimaq GCodeDesign software, certainly one of the most intuitive on the market, provides ease of use, speed and flexibility. The program is loaded by menu selection or by reading the barcode.

Following the company’s policy of responsibility towards the environment, we have put a lot of effort into the design to achieve a machine with low electrical consumption, achieving in the Verti-K a consumption of less than 0.6kw, making it the machine cnc drill for furniture, with less consumption in the world market.
